The company has three main casting production lines such as one water-glass sand casting production line，with an annual outputof 1000T different material casting steel parts; one large-scale lost foam automatic line, with an annual output of 8000T ductileiron, molybdenum-chromium cast iron, cast steel casting (0.1 -3T PW cast steel sheet, 0.1-20T PW cast iron part)and oneJapanese TOKYU sand modeling production line, with an annual output of 5000T different materials of gray irons and ductileirons (under PW 50Kg).

The main production equipments: one set of a drag-and-two-way 5T medium frequency induction furnace, twosets of 1T medium frequency induction furnaces, clay sand Japan TOKYU 08 automatic molding machine and molding auxiliary line，Danish DISA SAM, DISA TM and DISA SMC, A set of large-scale lost-foam casting vibrating table, 20 sets of large-scalesand box, and one set of Perforation mold shell baking furnace. The core making equipment has aset of 20Kg cold box core shooter and three sets of 1 5Kg cold box core shooters.
